Friends of W.C. Reed Field and Cleveland Parks

Celebrate our neighborhood parks in Northeast Ohio

Representatives of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Health agencies and Cleveland  representatives  will be available 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm on April 3rd to meet with you and discuss the W.C. Reed  site.    The informational meeting will take place at the St. Barbara’s Church Parish Hall at 1505 Denison in your neighborhood.  Tables will be set up for you to visit the different representatives at your convenience.

The purpose of the informal meeting is  to discuss with you one on one your sampling results if you had your yards sampled.   We are also seeking permission to sample yards that have not been tested.  Our goal is to be available to answer and understand community concerns.  You can come anytime during those hours to get individual attention  about your sample results, potential cleanup and health concerns.

For questions or special accommodations, contact EPA Community Involvement Coordinator Ginny Narsete at 312-886-4359, narsete.virginia@epa.gov or EPA toll-free 800-621-8431, Ext. 64359, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., weekdays.
