City Funding for the new W. C. Reed Park improvements are uncertain.

City Officials announced publicly at community meetings that once the EPA project is completed.  A new W. C. Reed Park would be constructed.  To date the City has yet to commit and provide the dollars needed to make these improvements.

The City of Cleveland is able find funds in the amount of $32 million for the Downtown Public Square Park. http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/03/its_official_publi...

Funding in the amount of no more than $500,000 for the W. C. Reed improvements are uncertain.  Unfortunately W. C. Reed Park is not located in downtown.

Will this Park open in 2016?

Will all Park improvements be done in 2016?

Will the new Park improvements wait until 2021 to be fully competed?

Mayor Jackson, Councilman Brancatelli, promises must be kept.
