NEW SOIL CAPPING / PROGRESS REPORT

Appreciation is given to Virgil and Crew for their excavating skills with their excellent hard work in moving the new soil cap into place.

The new 18 inch soil capping has now surrounded the 3 tree wells of the Majestic English Oaks. Plus the area between East Dension school (Horizon Academy) and the tree well of the Historic Century White Oak has been capped as well. The New Water Retaining Drain is now in place along the back of W. 15 St. Re-grading of the area of this northeast section of the Park and new capping will soon begin. This final area is between the back of Park Place and W. 15 St., up to Riverside Cemetery.
