NEW SOIL CAPPING CONTINUES
To date, the new 18 inch soil capping has now moved into the Park area of Foresdale Ave. and fast approaching Park Place. 6 inches of top soil to follow.

...and they said they wouldn't be digging, that the PAH-contaminated landfill soil posed a significant health risk if exposed. For this they closed off the park for, what, almost two years??? What a joke!!! Such unrivaled entertainment for our tax dollars...
